one of the car hire sites on the site in the travel section comes up with uscarhireagency.com as an option. looks good price wise and insurance cover wise for our trip but wondering if anyone has used them? reason i ask is I emailed them for further info at least three times over space of two days and not heard anything back. compare that to auto-europe who come back straight away I am wondering whether to trust uscarhireagency.com with my money?!

Sounds like you know the answer, is saving a few quid worth the risk of not being able to contact them, I would say no but the choice is yours really.

Have you tried Airline Network, or for Florida US Carhire, both usually competetive, choose the "gold" or "Platinum" upgrade for full cover and a tank of petrol/extra drivers etc.

I agree for sure. Have tried airline network and was looking at going through them actually. Liking the upgrade options for the insurance/petrol/sat nav.

if anyone has actually used the uscarhireagency though be interested to hear. they sday they have been about for 25 years or something... but cant get an email response from them. Lasting 25 days with that service would be surprising!

Hi I have used this company for at least 10 years the main company is www.carhireagency.com part of the Florida Direct properties ltd. The www.uscarhireagency is new site and specialises Florida and the USA but the site covers the rest of the world. They use all of the major companies and you get a very personal service. I am surprised you have not had a response as we have always been well loooked after. I have no problem recomending them

have a look at fifteen02.com, free upgrades and a family owned business, used them for years now and the service is excellent and they always work out chepest for us.

Wouldnt use anyone else. Their basic price inculdes everything.

I have used them now about 8 times. And the one time i did have a problem i just went to the nearest airport and swapped the car for another.
