ICICI Rate Reduction 1st November

Can't see it mentioned anywhere yet.
ICICI appear to be gearing up for a rate reduction to 5.15% with effect from 1st November. Was Googled about it this morning. This 5.40% for the foreseeable future that they mentioned might suggest a little short sightedness don't you think?!?!?!
Anybody else heard anything yet?
