Hi, just opened a saver account with them.

Is it free to make online withdrawals?

All I can find in fees is £20 for BACS withdrawal.

I think you've misread the T+Cs BACS is free, unless it is returned unpaid: "BACS transfer from Linked Account returned unpaid £15 per transaction"

As others have said there is no fee for BACS withdrawals - see Ts & Cs, page 20, Section 14.1.2 (b):

"b) Withdrawals from the Savings Account that are conducted by BACS transfer to the Linked Account will incur no handling charge"
