Amazon - So far so good - well done!

Item ordered 10/06, became Amazon prime one-month free trial member, chose a first class delivery (because I don't like trekking across town to collect missed delivery at courier's depots), item got despatched next day, due to be delivered last saturday but still not received today (wednesday).
Used Amazon's "call me back" option, the phone rang instantly, connected to an operator immediately and explained that i havent received it. i was expecting them to say "you need to wait 21 days blah blah blah before we can confirm its lost", but they looked up my order, apparently they saw that item is lost in transit - how they know that for bog standard first class delivery i'll never know (unless of course, it was recorded mail or the tracking system lied and in fact the item wasn't despatched). they've sent me a "replacement" of the same product using a courier.
All this within 6 minutes of requesting call-back. Already showing up on Amazon tracking system as estimated delivery tomorrow!
Dont let me down now amazon.... for now, 5 stars!
p.s. is this callback feature only for prime members?? very efficient, even has 0800 number if i want to call them!
