yet you still fail to answer the point you raised way back in post#7 that I keep asking you to address

Cos I know you will read this;) !

This is the complete contents of post #7.
The irony is that with all these customers on fixed rate tariffs, the increase for others will be considerably higher to compensate.

I fixed my prices with BG in 2005 and it will stay fixed until April 30th 2010, and I guess a sizeable percentage of BG's customers did the same, and also took their other fixed rate deals.

The companies simply cannot lose here. They 'need' to raise an extra £xxx million in revenue and if, say, half of their customers are on fixed rate tariffs, then the other half will foot that bill.

I really don't know what you mean about "addressing it"! Equally I don't know what you mean by "I've asked you the same question so many times now" -unless it is to ask if I stand by what I wrote in Post #7.

    So:

    Post 7 is accurate!

    I stand by that post!

On reflection I agree with everything I wrote!

Is that unambiguous enough for you?

By definition, it is what must happen if 2.4 million people don't pay any extra!

As you say we should move to pastures new!

Apology accepted Premier :) But as withabix said we should really get back to fretting about these high energy costs. The thing is that these Autumn prices will probably be increased again next year. And again after that.

And if Israel bombs Iran and Iran attacks Gulf shipping in revenge then we'll all be burning our fences for firewood!!!
