Does anyone use these ?
Do they work ?
Is it worth spending money on buying one (several) ???
I'm starting to get a real phobia about ants :-(
They give me nightmares just seeing them and I really can't stand the thoughts of them getting into the house again..
Help !

Dunno if these work on ants, but https://www.qvcuk.com sell them and have a 30 day money back guarantee so if the dont work within that time send them back and get a refund.HTH0

I'm not sure if these would work with ants, the rat/cat ones work if they are close enough.
I wouldn't advise getting one from qvc as the postage is expensive and you won't get that refunded.0 -
Best thing that I have found is Avon Skin-so-Soft. Spray it around and it keeps ants away and kills any it contacts. Added bonus is it smells nice as well. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

You dont get the postage refunded from any site that im aware of,and also qvc have a thirty day mbg, which allows you to try the product and return if not suitable, again i dont know of any online sites that do this.No doubt someone will come along and tell me different.0 -

The absolute best thing to use for ants, is something called ant traps, which are sold in pairs in asda, lakeland, garden centres for about 2.99 a pair.
they are black round units, you break off 4 little tabs, it draws the ants in, the ants then return to the nest, and it poisons all of them
they are not unsightly, they work fantastically well, and they get rid of them efficiently
i too, absolutely hate ants!!!0 -
I came back from holiday last year to find the little blighters eating into my lounge wall - whole load of mess on the floor and a horrible scraping sounds which to this day still sends shivers down me. Any way we bought a JML plug in thing for £19.99 and have not been bothered since. My sisters friend uses this as well and she swears that she gets no insects in her house.
Hope this helps0 -
If you have a Boyes nearby they sell the plug in thingys for £3.99 absolutely the cheapest ive seen , same as they sell on the shopping channels for £20-£300
