Im after a water softner for my house, and been told the type where you add salts is the best you can get, is this right?
I know they require an electric supply and water in/out to them and can take a day to fit in and connect up, but wheres best to buy one and any extras/salts i need?
And, without sounding too simple but how do they basically work?
Many thanks in advance
