    google turned up this

    http://www.crusadercombustions.co.uk/ferroli_history.htm

"Ferroli were formed in 1955 by Dante Ferroli in San Bonfacio, Italy. Ferroli is still a family owned company and is the 5th largest boiler manufacturer in the world, in fact it is the largest 'family owned' boiler manufacturer worldwide!"

HHmmmmm, well, I personally wouldn't recommend the Ferroli. Because it was a very reasonable price, we installed one in one of our rentals and it has given us quite a bit of trouble over time. When it works its great, but when it breaks down its a b*gger.

At the moment it seems to have developed this mystery recurring problem where the thing won't fire up, then suddenly, it does! Weird..our corgi chappie can't work it out. Tenant seems fine with it tho..guess she is now used to it's funny little ways...! BUT as I say, I wouldn't recommend from personal experience.

It's a Modena 80E and around 4-5 years old if I remember correctly. I know we had to look on the internet for the manual recently as the tenant lost hers and the Corgi bloke seems to have mislaid our copy too...!

Any thoughts on why it keeps on refusing to light sometimes? It's bluddy annoying...thanks in advance! :D
