I have not telephoned them but i have emailed three times now and my last reply from them was as i wrote above.

I also switched with Moneysupermarket.com back in February and have still not received the £30 cashback.

I emailed them via the web site 'contact' page this week and got a reply back next day:

Hi all
yes i got that message a couple of weeks ago now but i emailed again yesterday and was told that i had been paid on the 26th june and it takes 4 working days to show in your bank and that it should be there today or tomorrow.
well it is not there today i will see what tomorrow brings.

On 27th June you posted in this very thread saying that the last email notification from them was saying they were having problems with their system and you would be put in front of the queue

no premier, my post states that i emailed yesterday and was told i had been paid on the 26th this date has never been mentioned by them until yesterday
Yes i was sent the same message as keef a couple of weeks ago and last week (after sending another email)this was added to by them saying i was being put to the front of the queue.
i have been messaging them every week recently with regards to this money and if this last message is correct then i should hopefully have my money tomorrow.

Morning all
Checked my account this morning and nothing gone in from them.
Will send a message back to the lady who sent me the message on Wednesday saying i should receive it thurs or fri.
The process was started on the 26th and takes 4 working days, so i should have received it by now if this is correct.

Thanks for that number i-love-money i have just telephoned and was told that their system is showing payment processed on the 26th june but they actually havent been due to a glitch on the system and i am being told it should hopefully show in my bank on mon and if not received by next fri then i am to ring back up.
i appreciate u sharing the 01 number as i am on free 01calls. i must look up that saynot0870.com site.

Just to let people know money supermarket are true to their word and i received my thirty pounds today only it never went in my account i actually got a cheque in the post.
