thats way out of order,sorry but no they have not taken reasonable steps to contact you,why diddnt they write to you?or why diddnt they ring you? to me after you have tried these methods and failed then thats reasonable contact,how bloody cheecky,no hun id try do something about that cause that aint fair,am gutted for ya mate xxxx

thats disgusting of them, i hope the other person doesn't get the email like you didn't. But as others have said i would take it further go over her head and straight to the top, someones made a big mistake i think. They should of rang and written not just presumed you got the email and was ignoring them :mad: :mad:
