Pressure washers are the ultimate guys garden toys. My wife bought me one and the rest is history, tee hee. Can we build up a list of things you can do with one (a pressure washer not a wife), including the obvious and the not so obvious?
Here's my list:
Patio cleaning
Weeding patios
Stripping paint of garden benches
Washing upstairs windows
Annoying dogs, frightening birds and cleaning horses. Only joking there
Car washing.....from a distance
Any more ideas?

slice bread
make the dials on a water meter spin really fast
I've only ever used mine to clean the path and clean the (previous) car. Given it stripped paint, I've not been inclined to try it on the new car.0 -
Not got one myself but if enough reasons come up i might reconsider! The annoying the dog reason seems appealing - at the moment we use a pump action water pistol!
Here's a few to be getting on with:
Clean the gutters
Wash down the render on the house
Wash bird crap off roof (seen a neighbour do that)
Wash fences coverd in bird crap.
Put out the bonfires of neighbours who like to start them on lovely sunny days when the washing is out!
Jet out drains
Clean door mats.
Frighten trespassing cats out the garden
On halloween to "treat" trick-or-treaters
Water fights in the garden - that's gotta hurt!
Clean your teeth (cheaper than dentist ...though you may have no teeth left after!)
Just about convinced myself i need a pressure washer now!

Cleaning stuff (of course)
Weeding
Slicing cakes and other foodstuffs - melons etc.
Things not to use it for :
Cleaning car engine (knackers electrics and forces past seals)
Cleaning anything soft like your hands or pets
Unblocking toilet (unless you want to be covered in the contents)
Removing earwax0 -
Connect it to a hot water tap and you have yourself a Power Shower... Even on a Combi Boiler!!0

Colonic irrigation? How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -

I have an old Kew Pro model with a 2.5 Kwh pump motor that can cut stone flags almost as fast as a Stihl saw !

Don't use it to clean car tyres - I think "Which" did a test and found it weakens the tyre wall and can cause a blow out!A friend is someone who understands your past, believes in your future, and accepts you just the way you are.0
