Help-advice needed please

I am in a bit of a mess financially and am just about to go through bankruptcy, however, i am being harrassed by a creditor and its getting me down.
Barclaycard who i have 3 different accounts with have handed the accounts to Mercers who i assume deal with all their cases.
They put all 3 accounts together on one file 'to stop me getting lots of calls'.
I spoke to them last on saturday which was pretty standard stuff but said they would be in regular contact, (pressuring for money more like) every week or so.
In the last 24 hours, they have rang my number at least 6 times, 2 times of which were within 2 minutes of each other. I have told them about the bankruptcy and they seemed satisfied to a point, now i get this, and there is no doubt about it, it is harrasement.
CCCS have told me not to answer and to consider changing my landline number, but that will probably cost.
Other than ignore the cals is there anything i can do, its getting me down so much, i just dread it when the phone goes.
