I regularly visit f1 live and when i use fire fox I get this pop-up

Have you tried installing the Firefox Noscript extension?
I've had a look at the F1 Live site and I get no pop-up, but Noscript tells me that it prevented smartadserver.com from running some form of active content.0 -
Thanks sorted now no more pop ups for me.0
