I had a few essentials to buy at lunch so will add those to my spending diary. I'm feeling a bit more positive today but am still very worried about money. We have 2 £140 bills to pay which although we have the money (just) it will take us further into overdrawn status. I spend all day obsessing about money!!! Sob.

I've just found out i've won some marks and spencers vouchers but not sure on the amount. I may just swap them with my mum for cash and put the money towards paying a bill or overdraft payment!

I received my tax refund so that will be paid into our joint account and means our over draft is paid off and we should hopefully be living in the plus rather than the minus as of this month. My OH gets paid at the end of the month too so hopeing for the best. Just means no excessive spending. Its just my own overdraft to control!Unfortunately i spent £8 today on parking, but nothing else!!

I have got to stop wasting money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i keep buying little things i shouldn't buy, like i didn't need a pain au chocolat this morning, but i had one anyway!!! silly woman! My OH is oblivious as to how hard i'm working to pay off my debt by not shopping which is really hard for me as i'm surrounded by shops and am so weak!! full of excuses today clearly!

I feel rubbish, between the debt and the weight gain i am not doing well. I just don't seem to be able to stop spending. And OH is not helping as he keeps spending too we spent 130 in 2 supermarkets over the weekend. Although a lot of it was bulk buying cat food and cereals and things that would last us a few weeks, i still feel bad about it.

I got a £100 voucher and i really wish i could spend it. But as my mum has offered to swap it for cash that's what i should do. Just so depressing as i miss shopping! I've been stupid and spent unnecessary money in the past couple of days by forgetting to take lunch to work and parking in the car park to avoid the rain.I've spent about £20. feel really depressed, i have no self control at the moment. I'm doing the daily clicks but am earning pretty much nothing.
