I've not spent anything today, did buy 2 heads of broccoli yesterday though for 92p, they were big too.

My first month of big time budget watching as our 5 year fixed rate just ended 2 months ago and our mortgage is now £247 more a month :eek:

Can't fix again till we move house in dec so 2 more months os hellish payments. :mad:

Yesterday I spent £1.20 on bus fare to work and walked home.

I listed some books on Amazon, sold 2 immediately so posted them yesterday which cost £2.30.

Today I also spent £1.20 on bus fare. The walk home is 2 miles, if I leave the office at 2:30pm and walk leisurely to DS1's school I can be at school with 10 minutes to spare! I might try and make the effort to walk more often if it's not raining.

I also spent 30p on getting weighed at Boots which was money well spent because I had lost 2lbs.

Had to post another book off to an Amazon customer which was 94p.

I@m having to be very frugal as I don't want to dip into my newly arranged overdraft if I can help it!

Today ive spent

£52.87 clearing my Barclaycard Initial card (cleared every month)
and £17.79 on a treat for myself from QVC - but i had £20 birthday money leftover so its come out of that.

Feeling smug cos' only spent 30p today ( on a newspaper). Unfortunately low spend days are few. Got organic veg delivered today, which was already paid for. In anticipation of veg delivery, went to Tesco last night for 'staples' to cook with veg (I'm a vegetarian) and spent £54 !! How did that happen? By the way, there's just me to eat ti all.

Went to Tesco after work and spent £12.50, but £2.29 of that was few groceries, and £10.21 was for Christmas stuff as they had 50 cards for £1.24, truffles for 99p and some other really cheap gifts, so it's not all bad!

Girl on checkout said they will put prices up nearer the time, so get down there now!

Well, today only spent £1.30 on a jumbo sausage roll :dance:

But i need to get petrol after work...

And last night went to Asda for some tights and deodrant, and spent £60 :eek: - its all the boyfriends fault......
