How much have you spent today? 4/10/05

Yo yo yo.

Not sure why im so happy on a Tues, but I am, whoo!! (there's always a first!!).

Just spent 60p on a diet coke, but have bought lunch in with me so shouldnt spend anything else. I dont seem to be spending hardly anything during the week, which is fab, it means I have more for the weekend.

I requested my final settlement figure for my loan yesterday, and once I have withdrew my money from my ISA, my last payment will be on the 1st November.

Although I wont be a debt-free wannabe anymore, I'll still be around here, as my next challenge (why do I do this to myself, hehe!!) is to save £10,000 to go travelling, so im still going to be looking at ways to cut costs, save money etc. But I do appreciate you wont want to hear about it too much, so i'll be sensitive.

Its 3 weeks on Thursday til payday, not too bad I suppose, and nothing major planned so shouldnt spend too much.

Hope ur all having a fab Tues xx

    Debt-free and Proud!
Have just given 50p to my colleague doing the Sainsbury's run, to get me a pear and a banana (sandwiches were made at home), but I expect some change.

Edit: Humph. Pear was the largest ever seen this side of genetic modification. No change. :(

Edit II: Pear so big cost actually 59p!!! Kind colleague supplied the extra 9p in exchange for a Tesco Value Jaffa Cake

Have just re-calculated debt and somehow I managed to miss about £500 last time I worked things out - am really annoyed with myself

aaanyway. Today I spent £4 on a book (reduced from £7) and £1 on a t-shirt from Oxfam which was reduced because its organic cotton - bit of a bargain really!
I've made my debts bite-size too depressing to look at all at once so am handling them one at a time - first up Graduate Loan £1720 paid off! only £280 to go!!!
Money to raise for tuition fees: £3000
