    Our third contract just awarded albeit it is not HA and is therefore buyer dependant so do not hold out much hope of it being a build out. However, they are going to build some and see how it goes. Some are better than none. So in the space of a few weeks we were looking to pay off people but now we have been awarded all is looking good and well - until Xmas at least!
