Office 2007 business contact manager problem

Hiya,
I'm looking at a fairly new Acer laptop which I think had some kind of trial for Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 on it. This has now been removed (ineptly).
Unfortunately, every time Outlook (V9.0.0.2711) is started, it tries to configure the removed software.
Is anyone able to point me in the direction of the part of Outlook that is trying to do this, so that I can stop it?
TIA!

Do you have a link?
Google yielded two suggestions:
- Uninstall Business Manager (can't, because it isn't there)
- Change a setting in Outook under File > Data File Management (Can't, because Data File Management does not appear in that menu)My TV is broken!
