QUIDCO - looking after number 1

Options
I am fed up with Quidco. They have been trying to sort a problem transaction with me for months with Betfair.
On their page now, is the increased cashback offer.... Looks fine, but I have never got the old cashback offer...

I am disgusted that Betfair have rejected my cashback.
I have supplies all the details, opened the account correctly and they have rejected this.
This is a farce, a scam to attract new customers then to refuse to honour their cashback offerings.
There are no missing bits of information, nothing else to follow up.
I expected Quidco to help their members and get these things sorted, but it seems Quidco are more interested in promoting the new / latest Betfair scam / offering
A JOKE !!!!!!

you must have been unlucky.. I queried why £30 from Betfair hadn't tracked (I only opened the account to bet on the National and get the cashback0 and my enquiry was successful but at £50 not £30!

mine was finally added yesterday after 3 months. Guess you were unlucky. Did you clear all the cookies before you signed up to Betfair via Quidco?

This has been discussed many time before.
    QUIDCO IS A BONUS.
If you intend to purchse a product or service anyway, then go through Quidco and you MIGHT get cashback.
Do not use Quidco just to get the cashback because if Saturn is not lined up with Mars on a Friday in May - it won't pay out.
    It is not guaranteed.

Cookies were cleared, all I paid using Paypal, sent proof of payment, copies of emails from Betfair showing the date the account was open and everything.....

I have provided everything Quidco asked for, to present to Betfair.... but alas I have been shafted by them

Try topcashback.co.uk. I've never had any problems with them whereas I'm still waiting on a few with Quidco.

My Betfair enquiry was finally successful but at only £10 added instead of £50.

Advent1122 - Of course people are going to open accounts with an incentive like that. Betfair shouldn't be allowed to renege on their agreements.

At a guess it could be because you used paypal to pay, did you check the terms and conditions re payment. Have you asked Quidco y the transaction was unsuccessful.

I've hardly had any problems with Quidco but have had major problems with topcashback. I've two outstanding queries with them for over £20 and haven't heard anything back from them even after multiple nudges.
