reduced offer for car

DEFINATELY offer less for the car.
The profit margin will vary on each car depending on various factors (e.g. how long it has been for sale). I would guess the average will be around 10-15%.
In your case I would certainly expect to get £500 off but make an opening offer below this. If you offer the window price they will think Christmas has come early!0 -

Mentioned to them that i have seen the same car for sale at another garage around 30 mile away same year low mileage same model etc . But the thing is this vehicle doesn't come in till next week but it is a thousand pound cheaper they reckon £5999 this is the best price they can offer me . not mentioned yet that i'm a cash buyer. just wondering why the vehicle i struggling to move0
