Installing a Silence coolmaster fan

Im having problems installing a silence coolmaster fan on to my motherboard
(P5VDC-MX), Ive recently changed my atx box, so i took the fan off which
was quite easy, but when i try to screw it down over the processor,
nothings happening, its got some funny type screws at the bottom of the fan
I was wondering if you can advise me what im doing wrong, ive got pics of
the fan
