Company sent wrong size

Hope this is the right forum - I'm not really venting as such, just asking for advice.
I ordered a coat online - a ladies size 18. When it came, it was flipping enormous - and the label says XL (which their website says is a 20-22). I also suspect it's not a woman's fit as it's quite baggy and the arms are really long.
They say postage should be paid by me if I want to return anything - which would be fair enough if I was returning it because I didn't like it, but I am returning it due to their error so I'm wondering if I should ask them to reimburse me the cost of sending it back.

I'll see what they say when I ring them. If they refuse, I will blacken their name on the internet!0
