1. The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L'Or!al employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the promotion.
3. No Purchase is necessary. Entry to the draw is free.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late responses will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. L'Or!al Paris takes no responsibility for responses delayed, incomplete or lost, whether due to technical reasons or otherwise.
6. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
7. Entries will only be accepted on the official registration form on the L'Or!al Paris website https://www.lorealmakeup.co.uk. By completing and submitting this form, entries will be automatically entered into the draw.
8. The first one thousand (1000) entries will each receive a full size Infallible lip duo compact (RRP £10.99). The closing date is 10th December 2008. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date.
9. The prize is as stated and there are no substitute products or cash substitutes.
10. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the sample offer at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
12. The names of winners will be available by sending an S.A.E. to L'Or!al Paris Infallible Lip Colour Prize draw, L'Or!al Paris, 6th Floor, 255 Hammersmith Rd, W6 8AZ within 4 weeks of the closing date.
13. All winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date.
