Estimate of monthly gas & electric bills?
I'm looking into renting in SW London, Middlesex to be precise.
It will just be me and my boyfriend in a 1 bedroom, 1 reception, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen place and it has gas heating and a gas oven.
What do you think the monthly bill will be? We both work full time so will only be home evenings & weekends?
Thanks a lot!

Too many unknown factors - size, insulation, baths or showers, how warm you like house etc etc.
£70 a month would be very rough estimate to cover both gas and electricity.0 -
Based on above I would say
Gas - 29.00
Elec - 32.00
But these are just ests... Hope this helps.0 -

I live in a one bed flat, with the same number of rooms. GCH and electric oven. We pay £75 a month, at the mo anyway! But I am not working so am home during the day so it will probably be a bit less as you both work."Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did, except backwards and in high heels"
