BESPOKE FINANCE LTD PPI CLAIM - anyone affected by these read this

I took a loan out with freedom finance in 2006 my claim is worth over £6000 i have just been told that Wilmslow financial services have taken over from freedom finance but are not taking any responsibility for the PPI claim, and i should get in touch with Bespoke in Gibraltar. not sure were to go from here has any body got any ideas as what to do,

I just read this thread with interest - I appreciate it is an old one now but I have recently received a letter from FSCS saying they cannot help me with my claim for mis selling PPI as it was arranged by Bespoke finance (formerly Karakus) and as they are based in Gibralter is outside of their remit. My loan was repaid in 2007. It was originally for 38,000 and 8,100 was added as payment protection insurance. When I repaid the loan 1600 was refunded from the PPI - has anyone had any luck getting anything back from this company - I would be very interested to hear your stories as I am not sure how to persue this further now.
