Help me with tidying my room!! Hang up or fold?!?

Hanging is probably faster and more fool-proof. Provided you don't cram loads in things should stay uncreased.
However, I made a huge amount of space in my bedroom by replacing a big wardrobe with a chest of draws. Everything fits in it fine, I've even bought more clothes since then, it's just that chests of draws are much more space efficient. I'm amazed how my clothes just seemed to shrink down and fit neatly in to the chest of draws.
Depends how much space you have and how much time you're willing to spend folding things, but I'm glad I got rid of the wardrobe. My room feels much bigger without it, and now I've figured out how to fold things properly I don't have a problem with crumpled clothing. Learning how to fold things nicely is worth the effort anyway, as it's something most of us do when we're going away.0 -
If space is tight in your wardrobe, then see if there is enough height to fix a second hanging rail lower down.
I fold work clothes, t-shirts/polo shirts, jeans and sweatshirts.
Everything else gets hung up.
Try and get plastic hangers for shirts etc, but make sure the hangers are wide enough for the shirt.....otherwise you end up with 'poky shoulders' as my mum puts it.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0
