Tiscali False Promises !!!

a few of months a go i switch to tiscali from bt for phone use , as tiscali were my ISP aswell i thought i would get a good deal, they phoned me and told me of the free line rental option, which sounded good to me , they said it wasn;t available in my area just yet but would give me a discountn't rate until it was available.
I have recently had a letter from bt asking me to return under a 12 month contract, free evening and weekend calls etc.

so i contacted tiscali to check on the free line rental and was told that it wasn't going to happen . they have been told by there managers no longer available.

so i feel very misled by them and i think i am going to leave them ,and possibly return to bt , bt said they would take care of it with no charge as i still have a live line, but said not to cancel with tiscali until it is all done or they will have to charge for reactivating the line.

So have any of you guys got any recommendation for phone / bb deals at the moment, i was thinking of using bt for phone and getting one of thoses vodafone dongle things for £15 a month for bb.
what do you think?

any advice please
you go in the cage ! cage goes in the water ! sharks in the water ! our shark
