What can i do with a tin of pork luncheon meat??

Hello,

DH went fishing the other day and brought a tin of princes pork luncheon meat home with him (he was going to use it for bait????) but i have no idea what to do with it??

any ideas folks??

    it will last for years if he wants to take it with him next time he goes fishing.
    you could just slice it and fry it, my dad eats it this way all the time...cant stand the stuff myself but he seems to like it done that way.
    proper prior planning prevents !!!!!! poor performance! :p

    I'd fry or grill it and serve it with nice crusty bread - in Germany they have "leberkas" which is kind of like a pork meatloaf a bit like luncheon meat/spam and it's usually served with a fried egg and mild mustard - yum!

    I've cubed luncheon meat and used in a quiche in place of ham :D.

    Risotto. I make risotto with anything that can't run away. would be nice with mushrooms and onion in it.
