Credit Card Shuffle

Hi
This is my first post after hearing Martin Lewis on BBC Radio 5 a couple of days ago.
I heard his last few comments regarding a credit card shuffle.
Now, my situation is that I have 3 credit cards and I am only just coming round to paying off more than the minimum payment after finishing university. I heard that I could contact Barclaycard and ask for my interest rate to be changed to 6%? However, my credit rating isn't great, and would Barclaycard allow me to transfer money which would take me over my agreed credit limit?
It all seems very confusing and I would be grateful if someone could spare a couple of minutes and help me out!
Thanks!

Hi thanks for the link.
I am still confused really, with the issue of my credit rating and my credit limits etc.
Is it likely Barclaycard would add to what is around 80% credit limit with the same amount on top of that?
Thanks.0
