its a visa debit card and the one ive used for all the other bingo sites and ive never had any problems with it before. it wont let me change the registered card and it costs £5 to withdraw via cheque.
has anyone any ideas as to what to do?

Are you sure it's a Debit card? Either that or your bank doesn't issue BACS payments. See their help section: http://www.meccabingo.com/help/credit.shtml

thanks, yes its definately a debit card and my wage gets paid into that account via BACS, its strange as ive used it on loads of bingo and gambling sites before and never had a problem.

looks like i will have to withdraw via cheque, i cant really complain as i will still be £8 up plus the cashback.

Have you got your cashback through Quidco yet? If not, it might be worth holding off withdrawing the money until it all goes through. With all of these gambling sites I always tend to leave my money in the betting site until I receive my cashback - just to be safe.

With regards to your payment - it might be worth emailing them and see what they have to say - it might be a simple error on their part.

thanks, i didnt want to email them as i didnt want to draw attention to my account but i suppose i havent done anything wrong so i might leave it a couple of days then email them.
i havent got the cashback yet, i only just signed up and it has tracked at £30 and £10, i usually withdraw straight away and have always got the cashback before, if i leave it until i get the cashback i will either spend the money in the account or completely forget that its there!

I did Mecca games yesterday, thanks to everyone for pointing it out, it tracked within the hour, I spent my £10 on scratch cards that are available on the bingo screen, I went for Cops and Robbers which are 25p each and I won £6.00 from my £10, I have checked today and they have matched my £10 deposit,

Does anyone know if I can withdraw the £16, £6 win & £10 matched deposit,

or,

Do I have to play out the £10 they have matched before withdrawl?,
