  • My HSW also came through - shame I gave up doing the clicks earlier in the month when paymdent looked unlikely - oh well, back on it again now!

I sent an old Nokia 5210 phone to Cashinmyfone by the way - they are offering £4.50 cashback for completed transactions - the phone was only worth 94p but with the £4.50 as well (which has now tracked) it's more than you;d get for that phone anywhere else without it turning on, I believe. Rememeber if using them that the cashback is paid per transaction - so if you have several phones to do, do them as separate transactions.

Would you not get more money for your phone by listing it on Ebay ?? That's what I've always done and I'd imagine Cashinmyfone will probably do the same with your phone

It means that if it doesn't track, or tracks at an incorrect amount, you can't do anything about it after 6 weeks. They need you to submit an enquiry within 6 weeks of using quidco to take out the policy.
In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

    Thank you
  • Has anyone put together a spreadsheet for keeping track of transactions with a reminder you can set so you know when to submit a query?

I just wanted to ask before I went to the troble of making myself one.

You need to refer to the "payment speed" quoted by Quidco for the particular retailer concerned, as a general guide. If it's been added since March 2008 (rather than March 2009  ) that definitely seems a long time to still be waiting, so you'll need to submit a ticket:
