What have you set your minimum withdrawal at? Also have they all been received otherwise you wont get paid until they say received.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Hi - I'm new to this thread but have been using quidco for a while. I have two questions. Firstly, what is a ticket (I always see the tab but have no idea what it means!).
Secondly, I carried out a transaction through quidco and its not tracked and said it on the merchants page that it should take less than a day to track and its been three days - do I have to wait the full seven days to put in an enquiry form?0 -
the minimum payment on mine is set at 0 i think, i checked on my settings, not all of it has been recieved yet. So would I have the choice of when it goes into paypal or would they do it automatically? starting to get to grips with this now i think :j0

A ticket is an enquiry, these should be about problems other than tracking problems. Non-tracked or incorrectly tracked payments have a similar system under "Earnings" "Enquiries".
Example: You find a link that doesn't work. You would open a ticket explaining the problem. Quidco would look into it then report back by updating the ticket. Once you are happy that it has been fixed you can close the ticket.
Most merchants make you wait 14 days, even if the average is 0 days. I suggest that you keep a note of any purchases that will earn you more than £1 (Quidco do not chase up anything less). If you purchase resulted in you receiving an email from the company make sure you keep it until quidco is sorted as an enquiry will ask for reference numbers etc.
Hope this helps.0 -

Thanks slimboy fat - that explains the ticket thing. I did get an email confirmation from the company so I will keep hold of it. Hopefully it will track. If it doesn't appear do quidco ever really sort it out for you? I've never had any probs before0 -
Hi,
I'm interested in doing the Payday UK thing, which is paying £60 cashback.
Please can anyone tell me if they had any problems with this - i.e. with them debiting an incorrect amount or anything?
Could I just take out one "loan" for the smallest amount, £80, so they debit £100 in repayment and this leaves me with net £40 from Quidco. I take it you don't have to take a minimum number of loans or have any ongoing relationship with Payday UK?
If they were to take an incorrect amount would you be protected by the direct debit scheme - sorry to sound sceptical but I've never heard of these sort of outfits before and don't want anything to go wrong!
Any tips on doing this one, gratefully received - the cash will come in handy for my many DIY bills at the mo!
Many thx.0 -

The whole process for me was quite painless, the money was in my account a couple of days after I applied (I think I applied on a Sat). I did get a call at work but I generally answer the phone anyway so that wasn't a big deal for me. They did ask if I wanted to defer repayment of the loan which I declined and the loan repayment went through as originally arranged.
It tracked shortly after I had received a confirmation email that the loan had been transferred to my bank account, validated quickly and cashback payment received within the last few days (about 1 month after taking the loan).
You could take screenshots of the amount you have applied for but you should also receive an email about your application anyway.
Hope this helps0 -
I cannot find think Bingo, has it been removed????0

To use this service you must,
Be over 18,
Be employed full time,
Take home over £750 per month,
Have a valid bank account with a valid debit card,
They have just recently dropped their cashback to £60, so you will only make £40 profit, of course you could just lie if you don't fulfil the above criteria, as they don't do any checks on credit history, but they may of changed this as a lot of people have already done it.
be careful which phone numbers you put in as they will contact your employer, but just put your mobile number in for work number, and your home phone number in as yours, they did phone my mobile but I missed the call, and they still transferred the money.
You give them your card details so they will auto collect the money on the specified day you choose, do make sure you have enough money in the account when they collect it, you will probably get another phone call asking you if you would like to defer the payment another month, don't bother with this as it will cost you more and you will make less profit.
Mine tracked within 24 hours and it is now showing as recieved, which is less than a month after I did the loan.0
