I had trouble cancelling, as i left it too late, you must cancel 5 days prior to the end of the free trial. i would cancel online then return the dvds, if you do it the opposite way round, you'd risk the chance of them sending out more discs, which leads to more problems. it is worth doing just so long as you dont get caught out like i did. Newbie Alert :wave:0 -
Same here angie
at least it doesnt look like £10 has been deducted but no idea why it shows that
It's £5 from last year whch has already been taken and then £5 for this year. It is showing in different columns as we haven't been paid this month's money yet!! I assume when we get this month's payment the £5 admin will move to join the other £5 paid admin-if that makes sense?? LOL!0 -

Hi
Signed up for the Think Bingo offer via Quidco yesterday, put £50 in, got the £50 sign up bonus, but nothing on quidco. Have even played about £30's worth of games (which is the terms of the offer)
How long have people's transactions taken to track?0 -
Thanks for the reply.
I know that I am out of contract and that it just rolls along. If I want the free wireless router, I have to commit to another 12 months contract. It's the cashback that I was after at the same time.
Problem with canceling then having a new account in my wifes name, is that we will have to have a new email address, and that for me will be a pain having to make changes and notify those who already have our addy!
Unless, anyone knows another way of doing this and having the cashback?
In that case there isn't another way to get the cashback!! The cashbcak is designed for new customers, so unless you start a new contract (and in a different name I woudl think) you won't be able to get it. Sorry!0 -
