I realise that this may be on the wrong thread but as it's Quidco related, I'll ask anyway.

I want to renew my Tiscali Broadband account and get cashback.

I cannot seem to be able to get an option for just renewing on the Tiscali site. There are options to upgrade but nothing just to sign up again.

I want to keep the same email address and don't want the hassle of having to cancel, get new addy and inform all that aware of my current address.

Does anyone have experience of doing this renewal without upgrading and getting Quidco cashback?

    Help appreciated.

As far as I know you only get cashback on a new sale. And also you don't need to resubscribe to continue your contract - you just carry on! Which is better as it means if at some point you wanted to change you can do. The contract you initially signed menat you were tied to it for 12 months, but not that it ended after 12 months. So basically it should carry on as normal. That's why you can't find anything on the Tiscali site.

Regards the cashback, you might also find that if you did cancel it then set it back up again that the cashback would be declined anyway, as you're not a new customer. That is unless youput it in partner's name or somehting. I'm not sure how much the cashback is for Tiscali but if it were me I think I'd just take the easy road and leave it as it is, up to you though obviously!! :D

Is the £5 the admin fee being deducted?

How long ago were the payments? Maybe it's been a year since you paid the first admin fee?

I'm £5 less but just looked and it is the £5 for the admin fee. it's at the bottom of your earnings page, my total admin fees = £10.

    Thanks for the reply.

I know that I am out of contract and that it just rolls along. If I want the free wireless router, I have to commit to another 12 months contract. It's the cashback that I was after at the same time.

Problem with canceling then having a new account in my wifes name, is that we will have to have a new email address, and that for me will be a pain having to make changes and notify those who already have our addy!

Unless, anyone knows another way of doing this and having the cashback?
One hundred years from now it won't matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little better because, I was important in the life of a child.

I am looking at the lovefilm offer, £20 cashback is a lot. Has anyone had trouble trying to cancel the free trial after the 14 days has elapsed?
