Look out for this one. think it has gone. Tried to buy some cheap software but never recieved it. Tried repetedly to contact them but all e mails returned. Found them through a main shopping bot but cant remember which:mad: .
Have now contacted my card provider and have the forms for claim and it is being investigated by their fraud department.

recently made a purchase fom Software Deals Direct and we have managed to find out their contact details. Address is 355 London Road, Reading, RG1 3PB. It's a private address with two people registered as living there

I have done the same. Recently bought software off Software Deals Direct. Received nothing, no return to emails. I paid by debit card, does this mean I probably won't get my money back? Have you had any luck writing to the address?

So frustrating....wish I'd investigated properly!!
