    Thank you Doc_N!  She was so very upset, she is 29 and a first time home owner. 

    She is starting a new job in Vancouver tomorrow thankfully, they are just there for one year.    The rent for their unfurnished one bed flat in North Vancouver is £1500 per month  and this is the first month they have any money left over!  Typical isn't it, it will immediately go on the house problem.
