Payplan not paying the creditors

Hi everyone,
I am wondering if the situation below has ever happened to any of you.
I switched DMP from Harrington Brooks to Payplan last December and have been paying Payplan religiously (direct debit) every month. However, since mid-may I have received 2 letters from 2 different creditors saying that I have failed to keep the agreed repayments! Today I have received a Claim form which will obviously end up as a CCJ.
The only reason I can think of for this to happen is that Payplan are not making the payments to the creditors eventhough I am paying Payplan.
Has this happened to any of you? Is there any way for not having a CCJ? What can I do for this not to happen again in the future?
Thank you for your help

From all that I have read on here that does not sound like Payplan at all. Are you sure they have been receiving your money - it may be leaving your bank but are you sure it's going to them? Just a thought.
Have you spoken to them about this? That would seem an obvious place to start.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -
No I haven't spoken to them as they close at 5pm and don't get home until 6pm. I am starting late tomorrow so will call them then.
The last time I spoke to them (Feb) they confirmed they were receiving the money and to my knowledge nothing changed since as a direct debit was set up!0 -
It is possible your creditors are not assiging the money to the correct account when they get it from Payplan or simply that they are unhappy with any change in payment amounts and are choosing to try and bully you. Definitely contact payplan tomorrow as that doesn't sound like them at all.
It could also be a simple error on payplans side in which case they should be able to sort it out for you

I doesn't sound like Payplan. As MrsTine said, creditors may not be assigning it to the correct account. I had a similar problem when I started my DMP with CCCS. I had been paying on time every month and CCCS had been paying my creditors but a couple of my creditors conveniently decided to ignore the payments and hassle me, although they both admitted they had received payments when I spoke to them. They've been right pains ever since.
CCCS also forgot to pay one of my creditors one month - can't remember what the problem was but CCCS admitted their mistake, contacted the creditor and explained to them and then paid them double the following month.
I'm sure you'll probably find that Payplan have been paying, just that the creditors are refusing to accept the payment.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Payplan pay mine about the middle of the month. Lloyds didn't like this but as they say knowledege is power and when I said to Lloyds check on the direct link screen (yes they are realtime linked) they shut up and never moaned again about late payments.June 2005 = 48K of Debt
