RBS Green index?

I have seen a couple of investment accounts using the RBS green index as the index they are folliwing for their payouts. However I can't find a great deal of information about it apart from it contains some of the top environmental technology companies. I can't even find a value for it at the moment, anyone know anymore and whether it is likely to be something to invest in over 5 years?
I was thinking perhaps it maybe as people look for alternatives to petrol and diesel such as biofuels?
