B & B are taking the ****

I opened an ISA with the Nationwide on 6th April. Signed my transfer forms from the B & B to the NW, were now on 16th June and the B & B have still not transfered my previous ISA despite 2 requests from the NW and several calls from myself. Their latest gem today is stating that they haven't received the request forms from the NW despite them sending it twice, whats my recourse and who do I complain to>

Always best to make an official complaint in writing (recorded delivery). If they don't sort out the problem within 8 weeks, you can then take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, although this can be quite a lengthy process in itself and you'll probably find the problem has been sorted out before the FOS investigate it.
