who to contact if you dont receive your prizes?

a few weeks ago you might recall i won a Samsung phone and a £500 giftcard.,i received the giftcard no problems but it has been clear right from the start that they had no intentions of sending me the phone!I've enquired about it in various emails to which they only replied to one saying they were chasing it up!that was about 2 weeks ago,please has anyone got the competitions 'Watchdog' contact details that would help me receive my prize?i know its only a phone but they shouldn't be advertising it as a prize if they aren't going to be giving it away

Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting your win. Sometimes they do take months to come through - I am still waiting for a Heatworld prize from 3rd April! However, I had a problem with FHM last year and received lots of helpful advice on here and eventually sorted it out. I am not very techie but hope I have cut and paste the link for you. There has been a couple of times ive been ive informed ive won prizes and they never arrived (Tigi hair products from a Cube shoes competition and the Hitman video game from Samsung Mobile). As i never got any reply from emails sent to question this i dont know who was at fault. I do know however that it is often a third party who supply the prizes and they can take quite a while to arrive so dont loose hope, just keep on at the promoter and hopefully they will follow it up. maybe its Samsung if you also didnt receive your samsung prize!?

I had problems getting a prize and kept getting promised all sorts. Did a Google search of the competition company and contact chairmans secretary - prize came in 2 days time with a letter of apology.
So my advice is google firm and contact someone high up in the company.

i contacted Edwin Mutton and hes trying to get hold of my phone for me...ivillage did promise i would have it for today but still nothing, im definitely not giving up though!
