Recording phone calls to Credit Card customers services?

If you go ahead and record the call and you do not have the Advisors permission and the matter goes to court then the recording can not be used.As long as at least one party is aware the call is being recorded a transcript of the recording can be admitted as evidence though
You both make good points... I'm not trying to start an argument here, but do either of you have any sources to back up either of these statements?You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0 -
