Hi i have just come of the phone from the very nice young lady at Sony.
I was waiting for a hard time when i phoned up to sort out the faulty psp but instead the lady ran through a quick test like "turn it on" and came to the
conclusion that is was dead.
She then arranged for "wait for it" a replacement to be sent out by courier for next day delivery!!!!!!!
None of this you need to send it to us for repair etc. Just a nice easy exchange and NO hassle.
