Tesco store reorganisation - chaos

Our local Tesco is in the middle of reorganising their layout and it's a right mess at the moment.
I couldn't find anything and neither could the staff!
Lots of stuff on offer wasn't available.
My hubby was within 5 seconds of abandoning the trolley and walking out.
Also, is it me or......
Would anyone else find it strange that under a very large notice saying something about organic fruit & veg in 1 foot high letters, there's non-organic produce as well?
I was looking for non-organic radishes, celery & spring onions and had walked past this section 3 times before I realised that the stuff I wanted was all mixed together with the organic produce.
They also managed to over-charge me on 3 green peppers, marked at 15p each, charged 35p at each (same as red & yellow ones).
Customer Services gave me 60p back but I sweetly said 'Have you stopped doing the 'double the difference'?
So, I got £1.20 back meaning they actually paid me 15p to take them away. :T
On the plus side, the nice lady on check-out pointed out that if I bought 6 bottles of wine instead of the 5 she'd rung through, I'd get 5% discount.
But I'd already got the 6th bottle.
It's nice to know that there are helpful staff in Tesco.
