Refunds

Is there any way I can issue a refund for more than the buyer paid (this is going back to my thread about the missing postage label) - as I have to refund the amount she had to pay out to RM, it's coming to more than she originally paid and Paypal won't let me issue it!

Is there any way round this as I'd at least like my Paypal fees back!!

I believe you can refund in full and then send the rest as a separate payment via paypal, all you need is there paypal email address.

You can use the send money option, but the buyer is going to get charged to receive the money - 3.4% + 20p.

If you wait until July 9th though, you will be able to send a personal payment free of any fee charging - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=971371

Will the charge apply if the buyer doesn't have a premier account?
