I am *very* impressed with Screwfix! I ordered some replacement handles for my kitchen cupboard doors (originally MFI rubbish, but don't even get me started on them and their "customer service"!) on Saturday afternoon. I ordered them online and chose the "fast" delivery option, which they said is usually on Monday.

I am astonished that the postman has just turned up with them! Amazingly fast service.

That said - I haven't opened the box yet, but it is a huge box compared to what should be inside it! I'm either going to be unimpressed because it's the wrong thing, or doubly impressed due to the careful packaging lol.

I ordered via a link from FreeFivers - just keeping my fingers crossed that they are as fast at crediting my money as Screwfix were at delivery

I have also ordered several times from Screwfix and have had excellent service everytime, when we knew noone would be home they even allowed products to be delivered to my grandparents.

Have to say, the best service Ive ever received from any company.. Also, if you should have a problem, they rectify it ASAP!! Excellent service

they are also lovely about returning things if you ordered something wrong, due to only seeing the little catalogue picture.

do you know they also do trade counters now, where you can preorder by phone [different number for each trade counter], and then go to collect the same day. or just go and wait...bit like argos but nicer staff.
