Pay Off Debt...

I currently have £6000 that does not need to be paid off urgently (but does need to be paid eventually though!!). My wife and I are moving overseas at the end of this month and will be looking for work.

I have a £6300 overdraft on my current account (but will still be charged interest). I also have two investments which could easily pay off the debt, however I do not wish to touch my investment.

I have applied for a Barclaycard Premium credit card in the hope I could dump this amount and not pay any interest for 12 months, however the credit limit that was being offered was only £1310.

So, should I leave the £6000 in my bank account and pay it off over time (with the fees) or is there another way ?
