Do they mean the one for the parental controls? Off the top of my head it's the only thing I can think of. I think to reset that if you don't know the PIN you need to call Nintendo and they supply a PIN to reset it.It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -
hiya not sure think i'll wait for my o/h to come home and then ask him before i speak to them, it has never asked us before, so not sure.Seems a bit strange?
I have asked 4 seperate people with wii's and they have never been asked either?
I'll keep you posted?

Just checked my manual , looks like someone has set up parental controls on the console. As previous poster has said the buyer will have to ring Nintendo for an unlock code.

This guy appears to have found a way of getting the password, You need to read down the thread to find out about the 8 digit confirmation number, apparently you get this if you have forgotten the pin code and the secret phrase.
