ASDA photoprocessing- Cumbernauld

After having put my 339 images from my digital camera onto CD's (or so I thought) (including all the photos of my 3 week old daughter ), I got home and checked through the little thumbnail photos you get with the CDs.
Lucky I did, as there were 139 images missing (including ALL the ones of my daughter.
So, a return to ASDA was needed. Got there and the woman behind the counter was going to charge me for another CD ("because the cds only hold about 120 images each"). I tried to explain that my reciept shows that there were 339 images downloaded, and that was what I should be charged, as it was not my fault their machine doesn't tell you how many CDs you're supposed to get, or how many images each Cd holds.
Eventually, the manager got involved, and the end product was that I got the extra Cd for nothing.
OK, so it's just £1.98 for a CD, but the inconvenience and the return journey to get it sorted and to go back again tomorrow to collect the CD could have been done without.
So, thanks to the manager at ASDA who sorted it out ( although you need to get your machine to give clearer printouts about what has been downloaded, how many Cds to expect and what the correct price should be !!!)
