Help, with filling in the dla form please

hello when i filled in the form last time there was someone on the baords that was very clued up on how to fill in the form? is this person still around? I am ok filling it in just need some advise on the distance and time boxes? I am slow walking but changes day to day, someone told me there is a standard distance and time set for the middle and higher rates. Any know know these please so i can get a head start with the form being relooked at. many thanks

I think you just need to tell it as it is. The walkable distance and time taken are how you are actually affected not what shall I put to get the highest award. Sorry in advance if this is not your intention but that is how your post reads to me.0

hi, thanks for reply, yes it does read like that but i am not sure what they are looking for, i am on high rate at mo, but due to tablets i i would like to drop to middle. some one on here gave the distances and times, just wondering if still lurking. many thanks. if they are not about i will go for a strolll with stop watch!!! lol0

You have to write down what you're like on your worst days. For some odd reason, I didn't actually do this and struggled to get it. (why I didn't do this, I don't know)0
