Template letter - requesting removal of telephone numbers??

Good Morning all,
A week or so ago I came across a post in one of these threads and it was a template letter to send to creditors requesting removal of telephone number from their records - it went on to say that continuing to call after receiving letter was a criminal offence.
I really need to find that post, but I have searched high and low and run out of options. Does anyone know which one I mean? Can the person who first posted post it on this thread for me please.
We are having problems with one creditor who ring up 4 - 6 times a day even though we have a dmp and everytime are demanding £5 payments. At first we answered the calls and referred them to dmp co, that didn't work so now we just dash the calls. We have asked our phone provider (mobile) if we can change the number or block the number but apparently they can't.
Help please!

Just gotta add something here - Fermi "obvious troll?" if you are referring to my post perhaps you could let me know if I'm doing something wrong? This link was sent to me by a trusted member of this site just a week ago - if it's wrong then perhaps you could tell me - Cheers Babbit.

Thank god for that - I was really upset when I read it, so much so that I had even thought about leaving this forum all together, I also made a phone call to a good chum, whose shoulder I cried on - whoops, oh well, we all make mistakes every now and then !!!!!!!!!!. xx
